They simply do not make themselves available. The 497 4939 number they give is a fax number and the 595 6056 number is never answered. I will not leave a message, I want someone to answer the phone! How can they expect to have customers with this kind of arrangement? Not professional at all - they need to make themselves available if they want a good business.
