Cliff responded immediately to my very first call, arrived on site and on time the next day (even texted me on his way with the number of minutes he'd be there by), gave me a quote almost immediately as well (and that was including the time it took to obtain additional realtor information, as well, for more specifics (lender was unclear) on what the job needed) and was onsite to work 1 day later and completed it the same day as well (on a Sunday, no less)! Fastest contractor hire, estimate and work completion I've ever experienced in my life, no question!! Came upon more (new) work required by the lender (trying to sell a house) and same experience.
