BAD EXPERIENCE - There is an ad running on the radio saying get $5 dollars free for just mentioning you heard the ad on the radio. That's it there are no exceptions stated, like you have to put money on your account in order to get the free $5 dollars. It just states to mention you heard it on the radio. Well I went in there I was told by the General Manager Carolyn that I had to put money on my account in order to receive the $5 dollars free (she did not say a set amount). Well my wife and I went in later in the evening each with a dollar to put on our accounts and were told by one of the cashiers (heavier set girl) that you have to put $5 dollars on your account in order to get the free $5 dollars. Basically my point is that Pete's Retreat is false advertising on the radio. If they are going to lie about the radio ad and not stay true their word, then what else are they lying about or stealing from you. There is some staff there that have no customer service skills. We are very disappointed in the customer service we received from PETE'S RETREAT CYBER CAFE VIII. Your chances of winning any type of payout is 100% better at Gambos.
