Was satisfied with customer service before my daughters bed was set up in her home. We where insured the the bed would be not be shaking upon delivery and setup by Mr. Guy whom sold her the bed assured us it would not be that way. When my daughter called my husband and myself that evening telling us the beds still in same condition as it was at store we called numerous times and spoke to him about the bed. A week later received a call from owner after numerous attempts and he told me it was none of my business for my daughter to go see him. Well it is my business and there fore still haven't resolved the situation. I will not ever purchase nor recommend anyone to New Look Furniture.

We purchased living room furniture from here and we had wonderful customer service. I did read the reviews on here about them and was skeptical about going in. I am so glad that we did. We purchased the same Ashley set from them that we were looking to buy from the Ashley store but for $400 less than what Ashley Furniture was trying to sell it to us for. The staff was very courteous and went above and beyond to help us get this set. They had to order it but we were willing to wait to save the money. We will definitely be going back when we get ready to purchase other furniture. Just goes to show that you can't always believe the review that are posted about a business.

After 3 months, the 1000 I spent on new recliners was wasted. The furniture has fallen apart and they say they won't refund my money or fix it..
