The furniture looks good in the stores , but that's not one you get . When it finely gets delivered , the wood is scratched and the leather had scratches too . We wrote down our complaint at the time of delivery on the ticket and didn't get a reply .When we called a week later . they said if we took the tags off . it was no longer under warranty . ( Who keeps tags on your living room furniture ? ) we finely got their incompetent service men to change a scratched up door on a entertainment center and the wood was split at the hinge and the leaning . I put the old door back and showed the new door to the manager . In less then a year our leather recliners have mechanical problems , one we just leave down . We had such sorry service in the past , that we are just going to buy another set somewhere else .
