The Barn Antiques always comes up with unique and lovely pieces from England and continental Europe. From casework, seating, tables and antique stained glass there's something for every room in your home or your home away from home. The only problem is they are not open all year as they close during the searing doldrums of the summer and I honestly don't blame them one bit. Besides, it gives the missus and I something to look forward to in October other than relief from the heat. The Barn is more than just a fine antique store. It is a compound featuring two antique showrooms, a store for accessories both outdoor as well as indoor AND a restaurant serving great sandwiches, soups and desserts. This is one of my wife and I's favorite haunts for antique-ing and lunch. Give 'em a try, you'll be glad you did.
