I was pleasantly surprised with the great care I got at this shop. My transmission went out and this shop was recommended. The owner, arranged to have my car brought in for a free diagnosis and it was found that I needed a transmission. While I was waiting for a call from Ed, the owner, I called a couple of dealers and the price was almost twice what I ended up paying. I even tried a couple of local shops and did not like the hussle and run around. Ed told me up front what my transmission would cost before he took my car apart. An honest approach up front goes a long way with me. I will recommend this shop without reservation. Thanks --- L. Vogel
