I’ve been using them for the past year, and have found them to be quite accommodating, with a level of customer service that I haven’t experienced anywhere in quite a while. When having a consultation with the pharmacists on a medication, I have found them to be very patient and quite empathetic! Unlike CVS, they know who I am, and aren’t forced to see me as just a number. (Maybe they have new management since that poor review I read, who knows?).

4/25/16 I had a spider bite on my lip on 4/22/16 went to urgent care & given an rx for Triamcinolone cream. Got home, my Dr. called me and said do not use, call pharmacist and return 3 tubes. I have called and altho not taken out of the bag or opened, they refuse to help me! This was Taj Mahal Med. Ctr. Pharmacy at Saddleback Hosp. location in Laguna Hills. Ca. Med not taken out of their bag!!! Now I am stuck with 3 worthless tubes of something never taken out of bag!!! Don't go there! If a problem, they won't help you!!!
