Great service, quality work, always on time. I highly recommend Printex! I have used Printex for more than 6 years and have always been thrilled with the end product and experience of working with them. Sheri and her team will jump through hoops to be sure every project is done exactly to specifications. There have been times when our proof readers missed a typo, but Sheri found the error and called me to edit before printing. When I have a tight deadline, she will be sure the paper is in stock and schedules my job, so that she is ready to print as soon as she receives my file. I feel like Sheri and her staff are part of our team and so appreciate the friendly, professional service. 5 stars!

If you want to get professionell printing and graphics done, I absolutely recommend Sheri Feinberg's "Printex Printing and Graphics" store in Laguna Hills ... great service, great people, professionell results, very reasonable prices, and - most of all - totally reliable when it comes to deadlines and such !!! I can't say enough good things about this business, you should definitely go there and find out for yourself - in my humble opinion, they're THE BEST there is !!!

I have been using Printex for the past 9 years for my personal small business and for the agency I work for. We are always very pleased with the work that they do. We are confident that when we turn a job in for printing, Sheri (the owner) proofs almost everything that goes out and she has saved us alot of money when she has caught mistakes that our company somehow overlooked. I don't know of any other printer that will do that! I highly recommend Printex. It is a pleasure dealing with their job quality, quick job turnaround and they have free delivery!

I found Printex after having a few very bad experiences with other printers. I own a business and

need promotional printing, business cards, invoices quite often. I create a lot of my own graphics

on my own software. Other printers that I encountered refused to use what my software created

and wanted to charge me to re-do what I had already done myself. Printex had no problem using what I

had and saved me considerable money. Everyone was courteous and helpful and Sheri (the Owner)

became personally involved in many of my orders. I’m a very happy that I found Printex and will

continue to use them.

I've been doing business with Printex for close to 8 years - my most recent purchase/project was for 300 invitations that Sheri herself helped me through the process from start to finish, with several intermittent "press checks" before the final product was produced. I loved what she did with my Envelopments invitation order - it's a great product line with hundreds of choices and Sheri made what appeared to be an incredibly overwhelming task, very manageable and even fun for me! I'm looking forward to doing my holiday cards with her as well and I will continue to send all of my print requirements and referrals to Sheri and her team at Printex.

It is very unfortunate to inform my such a bad experience in doing business with this printing company. Their treated me very courteously and provided me with good final products and also reasonable price compare to a few other printing companies. However, my nightmare started with my second order. As I was told a discont might be given with a multiple orders, I asked them if I could get discount with five orders. Yes, they gave me the discount price but at same time they down graded a quality of the final product without informing me. If they were to up front with me the discount price meant a product down grade, I would have not asked them. As I was requested to pay half of the total cost before proof of the actual printing product, I relunctanly approved and signed for the printing even though they seem color was not as bright and clear as the first one. I could not compare the product side by side as all of the sent out to overseas.

The graphic design placement was also cut off at the edge. When I confronted my concerns, all they could tell me was this is how original graphics were provided by me only to find later it was not true. I trusted their professional view and opinion. I have learned hard way, 1. never pay any deposit until you see the proof , 2. make sure to read a quoatation in detail and ask any discrepancy right the, 4. do not fully trut the company even if you were treated well at the first order. They simply have cheated me big time.
