I had talked to several agents before a friend of mine referred me to Alex Kulkarni. I was impressed with how quickly Alex returned my call. Within five minutes into the conversation, Alex was able to understand my situation - budget, needs, income, and my specific health need including some prescriptions I take. In the same call, Alex was able to make some recommendations. He gave me a choice to take my application over the phone or make an appointment to do it in person. I chose the former and we were done in 15-20 minutes. I received several follow up emails and calls that kept me posted of the progress, which really helped in not having any surprises. That was eight months ago. I am happy with the coverage.
