Going to Police for Fraud Act

Exactly what vendingguy stated.

I, too, purchased 10 locations from Ebi Sianaki, Morsel Inc. My total purchase price was $32,500. 10 locations turned out to be machines with problems and not even making sales 1/10 he promised and stated. He said he'll buy back those locations and gave me a promissory note. He made couple of thousand dollar payment check and is avoiding my calls. I left several messages and emailed him, but he's not getting back to me. I'm determined to take him to the court for his fraud act. It's not just business going bad. I'm not the only one who got robbed. So I went to police department and they said I need at least 4 different people to prove that his act is planned and has intention to commit a fraud to other people. There's other guy who's in same situation who will definitely sue him. I need two or more people to join me to take him to court so he won't be able to steal other people's money again.

DO NOT BUY......RIPPED ME OFF

Everything the other review said is accurate.....I was stupid enough to buy vending locations and machines from this crook......the income was no where near what he stated and every location had machines with problems.....when I complained he offered to buy back the locations and after making the first few payments he has stiffed me for the rest which is over 50,000.00 dollars.....he stated that the reason he could not pay me was because he hadn't sold any locations so I offered to let him give me back locations and he and his lawyer have ignored me!

Read this before you buy a route from this company.

Saw a craigslist posting for this company's routes-for-sale. The claim is that the owner, Mr. Sianaki is having to pay taxes owed and needs to sell off his routes quickly. He offers routes for $3,000 and claims that they bring in, gross, $8,000 a year. The route includes the vending machine(s). You can buy as many routes as you want.

After visiting the office and asking for revenue and expense logs, he says that he does not have them for any of the multiple locations he had recorded on an Excel spreadsheet. He says he calculates them by recording how much revenue each machine generates the first month and then multiplying it by 12 to calculate for the entire year. Okay, strange way to keep records, but everybody is different, right? Interestingly enough, though, the spreadsheet had about 40-60 different locations and every single one of them, without exception, brought in around $8,000 revenue a year. Is that even possible in a real-life scenario--to have all your locations bring in around $8,000 a year without any significant deviation?

Anyway, $3K for an $8K route is a great deal. However, a sample of the contract I would be signing does state that he does not guarantee I'll generate the same revenue after I purchase the route and machine. The 6mos warranty he claims only covers the location, should the owner of the building it's located in go out of business, he'll get me a new location. If the location you buy isn't on track to generating the claimed $8K a year, you don't get your money back.

So, if you're fine with paying $3K for the machine you'll be getting the your route, then purchase all you want. If you're paying $3K because you think the route will bring in $8K a year and it doesn't, you won't be getting any money back. If you file a lawsuit, the contract specifically states you cannot sue for retrieval of legal fees. What this means, according to my own attorney, is that, even if you win the lawsuit and get your $3K back, you cannot make Mr. Sianaki or Morsel Inc. pay for the cost of the attorney you used, which will probably cost more than $3K per location you purchased.

I feel my review is fair and unbiased. I'm simply stating the facts for would-be buyers to consider. Needless to say, I have decided to not purchase from this company.

P.S. If you search around, you'll see that this company goes by a few other names. Yahoo! reviews has about 4 variations of this same company, each containing at least 1 review (5 star rating) by the same person named ED. My opinion is that ED is not a legitimate reviewer.
