My husband and I have stayed here several times. We came after a 3 years absence. And after the hotel had been rebought and done upgrades and went from a bed and breakfast to a "hotel". Although the service was great the overall cozy feel the hotel was gone. You can tell that the hotel has cut corners to save money. And it is not as personal as it once was. Sad. I was looking forward to the same Casa Laguna as I went to in years past.
