Ron is the man! I had tickets to Chicago in my safe but the batteries died and I didn't have the override key, we were to leave in 2 days.....Ron was VERY NICE, he got the safe open for me and my plans continue as scheduled....thank you so much Ron!!! A+

I have used Ron on three different occasions and he is very professional and does a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. We had an OLD door that took a Skelton key and had a one way lock on it that could only be open from the inside couldn't use a key on it, and it got locked and Ron was able to get into that door. Very good at his job.

My car door was locked & I had tried lock de-icer, but that didn't do the trick (middle of winter)--- I called Ron & he gave me another suggestion to unlock the door to save me some money, but when that still didn't help he came out promptly & unlocked the car...Very professional. Would recommend him to anyone.
