Last night I stopped thru Lagrange as I have on many trips with my job, and this was the first time i have ever been treated as rude as I was by the attendent. I pointed out that I have always made a point to stop at this station in the past but as of last night I would find another place to take my business. Customer service has always meant a lot to me, and if this is the best Shell can do now I really feel sorry for them.
