The fried pickles were mediocre. The brisket tasted like teriyaki beef jerky. Isn't brisket supposed to be shredded? They brought out thin strips of tasteless hard meat that I could not stomach. The sausage was a hot dog that was split down the middle and charred. The fried okra tasted worse than from a cafeteria. I have had better macaroni and cheese from the microwave. Their toast tasted as if they petrified the bread and dipped it in a butter sauce. How do you mess up bread? Our three year old said after eating at Hog Heaven she needed to throw up. I believe that says it all. This is the worst bbq I have ever eaten. I don't know if the cook was serious or if the food they brought out was a gag. I can't imagine that the cook could like what he cooked. The thought of this restaurant is giving me indigestion. Hog Heaven should be renamed Swine Purgatory. If you own this restaurant please dine at your restaurant and let your taste buds be your guide to a new menu or a new cook.

Hog Heaven has the best BBQ and salads around. They have just opened a second location on Lafayette Parkway which is amazing! The food is just as good, but the atmosphere is like something in Midtown.

Talk about great ribs!!! Well they have them, all time favorite of mine you must try is BBQ Cheese Fries. Nothing but good eating, I eat here atleast once a week.
