Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very rude. Refused service and threw the garment brought in for alteration. Offered the advice of “buying new clothing” because she knew she was charging an obscene amount worth way more than the garment itself. (Clothing garment was very clearly a cultural piece and not made in the US)
