Patrick and Steven O’Bryan knew something was missing from the Lafayette market. As the creative minds behind Bon Temps Grill, they saw what elements excited customers — flavorful foods, inspired drinks and live entertainment — and they were ready to create a new kind of venue. Founded in 2022, our cocktail lounge melds the flavors, sounds and aesthetics of the classic New Orleans jazz scene with modern Southern dining to deliver an all-new social entertainment experience.
