Unsafe neighborhood, they'll charge you fees for everything, no parking, and don't leave valuables in your car because it will get robbed!

Dog crap fills every green patch of grass and major repairs like the pool and gate were not repaired for weeks!

Horrible management and inside is very cheaply made. Huge roaches and TOO close to train tracks (one reason I moved out THEY KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT). In a horrible neighborhood; gated for a reason!!! They will fee you for anything and everything they can to get money out of you even if it is not true. They make up fees. The outside of it looks nice but thats only because it is only 2.5 years old, give it a couple more years... DO NOT EVER LIVE THERE!!!!

Don't be fooled by this place and the "security gate" entrance. Outsiders come and go as they please and my daugther's car was vandalized. Really scary after dark, too. Nearby social misfits are walking the parking lots. . The walk to school is pretty scary also. My friend's son was jumped while walking through this neighborhood. And, don't even get me started about the apartments themselves While they seem nice at first, it's just not worth it for the price you pay for rent, the extra charges, and the fact that they try to screw you when you leave by taking your damage deposit and then sending you an invoice to replace the carpet, which I have come to learn is pretty standard practice for them. Look elsewhere for someplace to live !! There are many homes for rent within blocks from UL which are owned by the locals who have a feel for the college kids.
