I wouldn't even rate them with one star…. They wasted my entire day telling me every hour that they could get to my car to diagnosis it's problem…. finally after FOUR hours and the car STILL hasn't been looked at I talk to the Service Manager who looked into the problem and comes back to tell me three different lies as to why the car hasn't been looked out yet ! I can't stand someone lying to me….. just be up front and tell me the truth. The first lie was that they would have a diagnosis in 1 hour and 15 mins….. the truth is that there wasn't even a mechanic there because he was at lunch and wouldn't be back for two hours ! the second lie was that they said they couldn't get into the car because they didn't have the keys……. The third lie was that they said as soon as the mechanic came back I would be the first car he would look at…….but he couldn't get the car to start….. isn't that why I have it there? To find out what is wrong with it? So because he couldn't get it to start he left it sitting out in the parking lot for another two hours ! ! I can't stand someone lying to me….. I will never go back. It also show very little respect for someone else time. As I was leaving the Service manage come after me and ask if I wanted to make an appointment to bring the car back ! What a joke …. I asked him to give me one good reason why I would come back….. I said NO !

Brought my car to Firestone to fix a grinding noise on my air conditioner compressor. They estimated the cost of repair to be $1512. I told them I couldnt afford this and asked if there was a cheaper way to fix it. They assured me it ALL had to be done.

I finally went to PEP Boys and got it fixed within 3hrs for $250 by just replacing the clutch on the ac compressor which was all it needed. Seems to be some dishonesty going on at Firestone dont you think?

Honest God fearing people working at this Pep Boys that fixed only what needed fixed without over charging. Dwayne, Chris, Frank, Jeremiah and Ric were all very helpful and deserve a raise!!
