I brought my new Audi A3 for a complete wash after a trip to Texas on 8/23/15. They sprayed acid on the car to remove the bugs from the rear view mirrors and ended up damaging all the aluminum trim around the car as well as the plastic black trim. The bill to repair all this damage is over $1600.00. I have tried to get this resolved since and spoken to the Manager who keeps passing the buck to the owner Mr. Moody who seems to be too busy to return my calls and get this resolved. At this point I am going to file a claim on my insurance and give them a copy of the report the Manager at the carwash (Martin) wrote and take them to court if necessary. To add insult to injury I still had to pay for the carwash! Avoid this place at all cost!!!

DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. Unless you want your vehicle worked on only enough to get you out the door. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change thinking that the last time they took a long time but they seemed genuine in their apology. Who would think that a company who prides itself on being in business for 50 years would be anything other than who they appear to be? I went in with a perfectly good vehicle despite it being almost 10 years old and after almost two weeks the drain plug fell out along with all my oil on another states highway leaving me stranded with a two hour wait for a tow truck. When I finally got a hold of Kane Thibodeaux, Manager, he refused to take responsibility and insisted that could never happen unless I had messed with it. He went on to say that the other company who told me my drain plug was missing was possibly to blame. How would they be to blame for a drain plug they never touched? Now I am left with out a vehicle and it has been a week since I rented a car to get to their shop and made a claim. No one has returned my calls or seems to care that do to their negligent service I am with out a reliable vehicle. NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!

First off my car was not cleaned properly. Big spots were missed. Tires were missed. Then after leaving I had a few things missing. Nothing you would think of being valuable. I didn't call so not sure if situation would have been rectified. This is second place in laf that has stolen something. A bottle of Lucas gas treatment is worth 5$. That screams klepto to me.

worst place b/c they break stuff on the car and then lie about fixing what they break. Kane Thibodeaux is the manager & he does a song & dance like he filled out insurance forms to replace and fix what the workers who wash your car break, then you never hear from him again. keep leaving messages but no news about the replacement part or repair of the auto adjustment button for side mirrors & other thing they broke. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE THIS PLACE--INSTEAD OF MAKING YOUR CAR BETTER, THEY MAKE IT 1000 TIMES WORSE.

I've been there several times and every time they say my car is ready I can add another 15 min. They always forget to clean console and back window not to mention the rims are NEVER cleaned right. BTW try hiring people that speak ENGLISH !!!!!

My vehicle's paint was chipped when it was waxed. No apology was given, the blame is trying to be shifted, and the owner has not yet gotten back to me. I suggest going to Todd's car wash it is BBB accredited.
