CLOSED NOW - Opens at 11:30am

I was unable to answer the door when UPS delivered a package of cat food. The package was not left by my door, but sent to a pickup location. The package had not yet arrived at the pickup location when we tried to get it today and probably won't arrive until Tuesday because of the holiday. In the meantime my cat's crying for food. I'm angry that the package simply wasn't left by my door the way they usually do it. Also having trouble contacting UPS to complain. Totally unsatisfactory experience!

CVS Caremark didn't put my daughter's apt. # on a package containing her medicine so it wasn't delivered next day delivery. My daughter was contacted by UPS to get missing info but caller was not able to contact driver to have a redelivery. I contacted customer service and while on one phone, Gerard at the Lafayette Center contacted me on my cell to see how he could assist. He made sure she got her medicine that same day. Thank You
