Good, but slow

The food and service at this restaurant are great. HOWEVER, the last several times I've called to place a delivery order, they've told me it would be anywhere from ONE TO TWO HOURS before they could deliver our pizza! One of those times I understood, because it was during the first round of the NFL playoffs, and I called right about the time the games were starting. But every other time, there was nothing special going on that I know of. (1/19/2010)
