Terrible Service. Had called to fix my shower. Said it was fixed, but when I used it that night, the leak was even worse. Called again and they charged me for another service call. When I told them it wasn't fixed right the first time, lady said they had to charge since they had to make another call. Said if it had been fixed right the first time there wouldn't have been a need for another call. Did not pay for the 2nd service call, and they threatened to sue. Contacted my attorney about it, showed him the paperwork and he contacted them. Haven't heard anything since, but would call a reliable service next time. Worst people to do business with.

Had our water heater go out today, Called F & S Williams and had guys out here in less than 2 hours and put in a new water heater, Austin and Justin were great!!! They did excellent work, so glad we chose to call them today and explained everything to us, very appreciated. We would recommend them 1000%!!!!

I use them for everything - never had a problem.

The worst!! I called F&S to fix my furnace. They did'nt fix it right the first time so I called 2 more times. Finally had to call another company to fix it and they said it was just a small problem that should have been found right away! Way overpriced for the service and was charged for the 2 times I had to call them to come back and fix their mistake. Would never use this company again!!

The ad said in big bold lettes 'FREE ESTIMATE' When I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate the woman told me that there was a $79.00 service call charge. When I told her the ad said it was free, she said it was for 'new' installation only.What other bait and switch would they pull if I actually hired them?I'll go with someone else, thank you.
