This will be the only honest review unlike the others. All these positive reviews are from people who A: never shot before or B: don't understand customer service and like to get ripped off. the employees are rude and not very friendly unless you've never shot before in that case they turn into willy wonka so they can get you for the most money.
First the store was clean, nice selection on guns etc. you had to watch an orientation video if you were new there which was nice to keep people safe. Now here is where the screw you out of money. So its 10$ for a pistol for a half hour and 15$ for a rifle which doesn't make any sense. so you don't pay before you go in because then they wouldn't make money, they start a timer when you tell em what you want. so after the 5 min or so that it takes to go in and get set up to shoot and then you have to shoot, clean up, walk out of the range then go wait in line all before 30 min is up!! otherwise you get charged for an hour. and in the video they say they will set a timer and let you know when the 30 minutes is up which they don't they charged my friend 5$ to watch (because he was taking up space in the empty range) then they charge 2$ for hearing protection which they don't mention either. We told him in the beginning it was all going to be separate and the old man with white hair responded " you can figure it out at the end " when we finished shooting we looked around which adds to your time. The old guy didn't break our bill up instead he charged all 3 of us 20$ after the student discount which was supposed to be 25% but he only gave us 5$, my bill should have only been 13$ , 10$ for shooting my pistol then a 2$ fee for the target. when we tried to dispute the charges the old guy responded with all this over 5$? no its the principal that you're over charging people and its wrong, he said "you should know the rules not my fault" then walked away. How can we know the rules when the rules aren't posted anywhere?
