Unreliable. Duane Johnson, the proprietor of Johnson Sharpening, lost a 4" Shun paring knife. His business is a joke. Drop off/pick up box that is unsecured. Anybody could take what they want. So if youre looking to steal knives his business is a great place to do so. Looks like im gonna have to take Duane to civil court to get my knife back. The Shun was a gift from my aunt for our weddding 5 years ago. The nerve of some people!!! DO NOt do business with this man!!!

Horrible service - I show up for a 3pm appt and the guy is not there because he decided to go to town and run errands without letting me know. If he can't keep a simple appointment, there is no way I'd ever trust him with my valuable knives. Stay away and find someone reliable.
