Rick at EGR has serviced our forklifts for at least 18 years.
Besides the normal scheduled maintance servicing he was alway on the spot for emergency service. His pricing for labor and materials was beyond fair. His moving is our loss and your gain.

Rick serviced our forklifts for over 19 years. One of them should have been dead years ago, but Rick managed to keep it going for us. He came out on a regular schedule to maintain our lifts, we didn't have to remember when to call him. But when we did have a problem, he would come out right away to take care of it for us. I never felt I needed to shop around because he always did a great job and his fees are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing their forklifts well maintained.

We've used Rick to service our forklift for many years. His service is fast, reliable, and very reasonable. We did not have to worry about our lift because we knew that Rick would take care of us.

I had Rick comeout and work on my lifts, price was affordable, work was complete on site, no charge for travel time. On time and all parts readily available on truck.

Rick will be greatly missed in this area. He was always available by phone to answer a question and never more than 24 hrs. away to get you up and running. We had Hysters and Nissan propane and electric his knowledge of both was excellent.

rick is a great forklift guy. he will be missed here in calif.. colorado is lucky to get him..

Rick is the best. For two decades (maybe more), Rick took care of my small fleet of 4 forklifts. He was always on time, always professional and always reasonable. Rick took the time to keep track of the maintenance schedule and inform me when one of my lifts was due for service. And when we had an emergency breakdown or accident, Rick would do everything he could to get the impaired machine back up and running.
