The doctors and staff are outstanding! I have seen Dr. Vance Kirar and Dr. Blake and both are knowledgeable, professional, helpful, personable, and treat you like family. The doctors take their time to listen to your concerns and then apply treatment to alleviate your pain.
Since this was my first experience at a chiropractor, I felt nervous, but now I am confident and trust Dr. Vance and Dr. Blake. When I was in need of a chiropractor for my back pain, Dr. Vance Kirar was highly recommended to me and now, I can highly recommend him and his practice to others who are searching for a chiropractor.

Drs. Kirar and Medford are amazing life savers. Their whole staff are amazing life savers. They not only helped with my lower back pain that I suffered with but also saved me 100s of dollars this year alone with allergy and sinus meds due to this crazy South Carolina weather. I highly recommend and refer all my friends, family, and everyone I know who is in need of pain management, chiropractics, and massage therapy to go see them.

I was getting no relief from treatments received after a car accident a year ago, so I decided to consult with a chiropractor. Within the first week of treating with Dr. Vance and Dr. Zach my back was feeling better.

I also enjoy the massage therapy I receive from Karl and Megan- they do a great job loosening and relaxing my muscles.

It's difficult getting up in the morning moving like a robot from the pain in your neck and back. Thank you Dr. Vance I feel like a million dollars this morning. If you want to feel healthy and normal in a natural way you have to visit the awesome team at Kirar Superior Healthcare.

I would recommend Dr. Vance, Karl, and the entire team to anyone and everyone! I went from living in constant pain and lack of mobility to pain-free and active solely under the care of Kirar Superior Healthcare!

Dr. Vance and his team are amazing at what they do! Through their care, I was able to get away from the endless cycle of neurosurgeons and pain specialists who essentially masked the pain with injections, which only temporarily treated a symptom. Kirar Superior Health is helping me fix the underlining problem so I can live a health and active life as a mother to young children.

I read the review below from EMPSLEMS, and as a patient of Kirar Chiropractic for over 2 years, I must say that the woman who wrote the review was either trying to sabotage the business, or she has psychological problems. Please note that I am not related to either of the physicians nor do I have any financial interest in the business. I am simply a patient who is appalled at this person's level of dishonesty. First, I have been examined several times, and NEVER has Dr. Vance spoken to me until I was fully dressed and out of the examination room. Secondly, he is very mild mannered and has never acted unprofessionally in any situation. He is not a "very large man" as most of his patients are taller and larger than he. Lastly, I know first-hand that Dr. Vance and Dr. Jill care so much about getting treatment to those who need it, they are always willing to have a private meeting in order to work out financial arrangements for their patients.

about 4 yrs ago i started having neck pain the drs kept saying there was nothing they could do. until i lost full range of motion in my neck. my dr. gave me this trqction machine and said that if that didnt work they have to have surgery of his compressed veterbre. after seeing dr vance for a few months now i have full range of motion with my neck and the pain is so miminal than before. dr vance is awesome as is his staff! well worth a visit!

Last year my daughter woke up with a headache that progressively got worse come to find out she had pressure on the brain due to spinal fluid. They drain the fluid but she has a headache every day since to the point she had NO quality of life. We took to see Dr cancer and Dr Jill and she has seen dramatic relielf in her headaches she even go to school now which she couldn't do last year. Dr. Vance is the only Dr. She wants to go see. Through Dr. Hills help with nutrion also my daughter has hope for the future. God bless them. They change lives!

Both Dr. Vance and his entire staff are wonderful! They are Always friendly, and inviting when I come in for my appointment. They also call me when I don't make one, so that I may reschedule to keep my back Perfect. My oldest son also is a patient of his, and he was able to help him out the entire high school soccer season. Not only did he fix my neck and back, I came in in tears, because I could not breath, walk or laydown because I pulled a rib, something that I didn't know you could even do while making your bed. I recommend his office every chance I get. I would't go anywhere else!

I hurt my back several years ago and went to Dr. Vance. I was in bad shape, I could barely walk or even stand up. He helped me get myself back into running order. January the same problem that I had 3 years ago started up again. I was hurting and couldn't walk. I told my boyfriend that I needed to go see Dr. Vance cause I know that he would know what to do. It was really rough in the beginning, I cried a lot and was in a lot of pain but Dr. Vance told me that everything would be ok and we will get through this. Several weeks later I was walking better and able to stand upright. I told Dr. Vance that he has miracle hands!!! I have never felt better and I couldn't be happier!!!! His staff is wonderful and very polite! He helps anyone and looks out for all of his patients. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone!

Dr Kirar and his staff are AMAZING! They are compassionate and friendly. They always greet me at the door by name and ask how my family is doing. In this day in age it is nice to know that even with several people visiting their office i am remembered and appreciated. Dr Vance is outstanding, he is passionate about his work and also continuing his education in his field and is very informative. If you are not interested in seeing your typical, "old school", rough house chiropractor this is where you need to make your next appointment! I have recommended him to several people and also my husband now sees him!! Their prices will beat ANYONE IN TOWN & SO WILL THEIR SERVICE! ***ALSO GIVES MILITARY DISCOUNT***

At 43 years old I have been using chiropractic care since a young child. I have never experienced one like Dr. Kirar. His family oriented practice treats each and every client like a member of their family. When first coming to Dr. Kirar I was suffering severely from Fibromyalgia pain and it was very difficult for me to walk, I was using a wheelchair quite often. After just a couple months I am not only walking with ease daily, but my pain is at least 70% better. I also have a child who is Autistic and was on 5 very heavy medications just to be able to function in society, while attending one of Dr. Kirar's informative dinner seminars he assured me he felt he could help, after a couple months my son is off all but one medication and doing better then he ever has in his young life. I am so happy with these results I want to tell everyone with a child that is Autistic. I highly recommend Dr. Kirar to anyone and know that you will be treated in a loving gentle manner from someone who really cares about your well being.

The reason so many people choose Dr. Vance to care for them is that he is genuinely interested in every single patient's health and completely devoted to treating their individual issues. In addition to his professionalism, he is extremely gentle, empathetic and kind-hearted. The fact that this office is family-owned brings a certain charm that many other doctors' offices lack. I spend a lot of time in this office, and my 2 year old daughter absolutely loves getting adjusted by Dr. Vance. I highly recommend Kirar Chiropractic Wellness to all my friends and family, because I know that no where else has the same high-quality service and healing touch.

I have never met a doctor that cared so much as Dr. Vance. Dr. Vance has been my chiropractor for years and has always been so caring and professional. He has a great, upbeat, positive energy about him. He really loves what he does. I have always been impressed with his bed side manner and how he encourages me to be a healthier person. I have never visited a Chiropractor before, at first I was a little hesitant my son and I started in October due to a car accident, (I was in PAIN), but being a patient at Kirar Chiropractic has a been a pleasant experiences. The office atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is great, and professional. Dr. Vance is wonderful, kind, very mild mannered, and very informational. I highly recommend Kirar Chiropractic and Wellness. Soon I will be finish with my treatments and I feel 100%! Thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

I had a terrible experience with this practice, and I would not refer ANYONE to them. Dr. Vance Kirar left a business card at the gym I attended, and it advertised a free consultation with x-rays, no strings attached. I have had back & neck issues & have never visited a chiropractor, so I thought I'd check it out & then decide. They took me to a back room & I had to dis-robe. The staff was pleasant, and I thought everything was going well. Then Dr. Kirar came back there (while I was still in my gown top), and he started out friendly, going over my exam. He asked if I would be interested in coming back for treatment. I was genuinely interested but I needed to take some time to think about it & discuss the cost with my husband, and I politely told him this. At this, his mood changed like lightning. He became very angry and berated me. He said that I had completely wasted his time. He is a very large man, and I was extremely intimidated. In addition, I felt extremely vulnerable sitting there in my gown, unable to do anything but listen to him rant. He finally left the room, and I changed as fast as possible & left in tears. I called my gym & told them about the experience, and I strongly encouraged them to remove all of his business cards. If he did not want to offer a no-strings-attached free consultation, he shouldn't have advertised it. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever met, and I feel bad for his family & employees. I cannot imagine spending more than 5 minutes with a man with such a horrible temper.

If you want to feel great from their expertise care (with easy-to-understand explanations of treatment) in a wonderful atmosphere to boot, then go here! :)

I would have to say that Kirar Chiropratic is absolutely without a doubt the best care giving experience I have ever had. When I enter into this office, I feel at home and know that my visit is handled with great concern and care. This has been an eye opening experience not only with the adjustments, but patient teaching involved with maintaining my own personal health.The staff are very friendly , and welcome you at anytime.

When I walked into Kirar Chiropractic, I could barely sit, and hardly stand. Everything hurt from years of neglect. Dr. Vance took the time to review how Chiropractic treatment will help me live a normal life again. I was skeptical because of the constant pain I was living with.



After 33 months I began to see positive results, and now I am pain free. I visit Kirar monthly for checkups and am living life again, not just surviving.
