Provided by YPmobileTried to art up an eye exam, asked all sorts of questions re: employment, husbands employment, insurance does cover or not what company etc. Said Cognac and it says it covers. But not a good enough answer....said forget it will call someone else. Hung up. Don't bother, you cant even call to set up a simple appointment for an eye exam.
