Clean cars friendly drivers and always on time. Great service will definatly use them again.

Some days are good with this company, some days are bad. Sometimes, I have to go to the ATM where I work (when I call them for a ride to work), and none of the drivers, except one older man, will run the meter. This guy does it every single time. One night, I needed a ride home. I called, the lady dispatcher said 15-20 minutes (which is usual). I waited over an hour and didn't have a driver. I called 5 times and never got an answer, after one ring it would go to voicemail. So I called my brother for a ride. 2 minutes before he arrived, the cab showed up, and I told the cab driver to just go. I was furious with the company! I recommend finding a better cab company.

I used Am Pm Taxi to get downtown from South Buffalo. The fare downtown was $25.30 taking South Park all the way. I figured the traffic was too heavy on South Park for the ride home, so I instructed the driver to use the Thruway. The difference in distance, according to MapQuest, was a little under 1/2 mile more using the thruway, but 3 minutes shorter. I wasn't in the car for more than 10 minutes, when I noticed the fare was already over $47.00. When I brought this to the driver's attention, he had me contact "Jan", the dispatcher. The fare would have been over $60.00 had the driver left the meter on, but he shut it off. "Jan" said the way I picked to go back was "more expensive" and that I should pay the required fare. Ultimately(I used to drive taxi and knew this was all crap)I paid only what it cost me to get there for the ride home. She then got on the air and started bad mouthing me to all the drivers. This woman wouldn't know customer service if it bit her.

i don't know anything about this company except that as i was leaving a local supermarket with my 8 month old son i witnessed a driver verbally abusing an elderly woman; yelling profanities at her and hence leaving her stranded. the driver was irate, and obviously very angry. as he sped away it was clear his temperment enhanced his driving. yikes! this is who you have driving for you? thanks, but i'll walk....
