They couldn't pump my septic tank because the road to our house was too small, but she spent an hour on the phone helping me to get my septic system working again, even faxing a diagram of our sytem to me and directing me what to do and didn't even charge me for the help. The suggestions worked great and we had use of our septic again. I would highly recommend them.
