Went into this branch to get a haircut and waited in line to check in as other customers ahead of me were dealt with for checking in, paying etc. Perhaps it is noteworthy that I was the only person of color in the establishment. When I got to the front of the line the girl at the counter never looked at me or said anything to me. Instead she looked past me and asked people seated behind me if they were all checked in. I was the only person standing at the counter and she then walked off - after I had been standing there for minutes! Only when I said "Excuse me, I need to check in" did she attend to me. She gave no explanation or apology for her apparent shortsightedness. I will not be going back to Great Clips at 702 Sleater-Kinney.
