CROOK! BEWARE! DON'T SHOP HERE!

I brought my canon camera in the 26 of October to be repaired because I had spilled red bull energy drink all over it and all the buttons and the lens was sticking. Including the flash wouldn't stop flashing over and over. He told me it would cost $100 and it would be ready in a little over a week. Well, needless to say, it ended up taking almost three months! Over the next two weeks I called several times with no answer, so I drove into the shop. He told me he didn't know where my camera was and acted like I didn't bring it in at all. Good thing I had a tag with a ticket number on it that he gave me or I would of been out of a camera. So when I showed him that ticket, it all came back to him, but he didn't know where my camera was. So, he said he'd look for my camera then call me. Another week goes by with no phone call. So I call him. He said he found my camera and it will be $100 to fix. I said 'you told me that when I dropped it off and I said ok that's why I left it with you. Mind you, it's been three weeks now. I blow it off and say I just want my camera fixed. So every week he say's one more day, I'll call you to get your address and personally drop it off. Never calls me, never drops it off. I call him again, he tells me they can't find the parts for it. I said it didn't need parts, it was just suppose to be cleaned. All the buttons were sticky, it wasn't broke. It still worked, it still took pictures!!! So after weeks of getting the run around and listening to lies on top of lies I said just give me my camera I'll take it to someone else. So I go into the shop to pick it up and the lens almost falls out of my camera. It's worse off then when I brought it in. He then tells me I brought it in that way, it was broken, and they were waiting for parts to fix it. I said no, it wasn't like this, and it's been over two months! He said the parts were on there way and it'll be ready for sure this time in a week what do I have to loose. So I left it because what else was I going to do it was worse and I have no proof that it wasn't like that when I brought it in there so what did I have to loose. So a week and a half go by and no call so I call him, STILL NOT DONE! He said let me call the guy repairing it and I'll call you back in ten minutes. So, an hour goes by no call. So I call him and he says it will be done by tomorrow. I'm extremely fed up with his lies and demand that he gives me a discount for what he's put me through. He feeds me more bull and said he'd have to figure that out. Another week goes by no calls. I drive into the shop and see my camera on the shelf. He hands it to me and tells me some more bull, how badly it was broken (which is complete bull it still took pictures fine and the lens wasn't loose). He doesn't give me a discount, tells me I'm a liar and it was broken badly(it was brand new-6mths old), and they went through a lot to fix it. He was rude, offensive, and a horrible business owner. Beware, do not bring your camera in for repairs if you ever want it back. I don't know how he stay's in business.

Attitude !!

All i can say is Moody!! i have been to this camera store quite a few times and no complaints but last time i went in i recieved some attitude cause i wanted an item at a price quoted by one of the owners employees... i was told i was wasting his time and i should leave his store cause i want everything cheap.. it was a $10.00 difference to make his customer happy but in stead he kicked me out. I dont own a retail Business but i would say if your having a bad day leave it at home cause customers these days are harder to come by..
