We have been customers for awhile but we won't go back. We thought the prices were a bit high but the food was good and atmosphere nice BUT that was before last Friday.
While looking at our menus my husband said they raised the prices... I hadn't notice. He gave some prices and mine were different. In our party 3/4 of us has menus with less expensive prices. We told the waitress and she said" let me tell the owner right away". She apologized. We told her it wasn't her fault but that the owner should honor the cheaper prices. She thought she would and the owner would come over.
We watched the owner/others hurry and change out the menus of anyone who had them.
The owner never came over. We got our bill and the prices were the higher prices. Nothing else. No sorry or thanks for noticing a huge mistake that we made?
All over maybe $10 they lost a customer who spends at least $125 each month. Sorry we have to cross them off the list of places to dine but that was just not right.
