Afflerbaugh/Paige School specializes in providing education programs that offers opportunities for developing academic, vocational and social skills of students. The educational program is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Its students are required to attend an average of 300 minutes per week over a two-week period to allow for work experience in fire suppression. The educational program also offers students the opportunity in Mobility or Movement Opportunity via Education (MOVE) and intergenerational programs. Afflerbaugh/Paige School is administered by the Division of Juvenile Court Schools, which is governed by the Los Angeles County Office of Education. Afflerbaugh/Paige School is located in La Verne, Calif.
