Provided by YPmobileLucious Moi is a very sophisticated and modern hair salon in a not so modern area. It brings a city type salon to our rural area. The professionalism and expertise are to die for. You can not find a better salon anywhere near here. The higher price than our rural area is used to is beyond worth it. Neil is a hair god.
