I have tried to determine who Alan is and have found nothing, could be an ex employee but without further info it's hard to tell

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. We hired them to re-roof our house. We have two chimneys, one brick and one metal, and they managed to cause both of them to leak. Our estimate included new metal flashing around our brick chimney. They used shingles instead of metal. When I called them about it, they sent someone out who cut the shingles of flush and sealed the edge with silicone. After I complained again, they finally did it the right way. In the other chimney, they had poked a small hole with a crowbar when taking the old shingles off. The owner of the company claimed he couldn't find where it was leaking from inside the house. I looked later and very easily found daylight coming through. The workers were always drinking alcohol. I could smell it on one's breath, and our neighbors saw them drinking beer up on our roof. Terrible, terrible company.
