The woman i spoke to was extremely rude when i called to ask about a specific policy i was looking into. she had no sense of cutomer service and in my conversation she expressed no inclination to help me whatsoever. in fact, she told me that there was no where to find what i was looking for (even though i talked to 3 different agenices that could) and told me to call someone else because she wouldnt help me. so, if you're thinking about calling this agency i would take this lady's advice and call someone else, because they dont deserve your business.
