I have been using this store for 12 years. I know the owner and her staff and they have been nothing but polite and helpful every time I have been inside the store. If this was done why not call UPS and have the claim restarted.

Don't use them! Paid to have them pack & ship a box of Christmas presents. Paid for cushioning material, but none was used, so shadow box with glass broke in transit. Their answer was to go to UPS for the insurance, but UPS was not the problem, it was their lack of packing. When I disputed the credit card charge, they suspended the claim with UPS, but didn't bother to tell me. So, I didn't have to pay for the packing and shipping, but was not reimbursed for damages caused by them. Some of the items shipped were not replaceable. They were unwilling to work to resolve this issue, just dropped it.
