I had good experiences with smart choice. They have professional employee's. I enjoy my 2015 suburban. Frida is the person I deal with. She is a excellent person. Thanks you for the great business and respect.

I purchased a vehicle from Smart Choice Auto group last year in August of 2015 , and I have had trouble since the first day I drove the 2008 Nissan Maxima back to Houston . As soon as I got to where I was going the car started smoking really bad , so I called the dealership and they came to Houston to pick the car up and bring me a loaner . So after they kept the car for about a week and a half . The following Monday I went to pick one of the kids up from school I turned my car off and it would not start back up everything was dead , so I had to call roadside assistance . I had to keep taking the car back because of problems I was having . I had to get the power steering pump replaced because I could not turn my wheel it was very tight , and when the wheel had loosened up I almost hit a car on the right side of me . In the beginning of July I was running errands and I stopped at a red light my car just locked in the middle of a busy 5 lane street . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

DECEPTIVE AND A WASTE OF TIME. Prior to test driving any vehicles, we were adamant about what we can afford as a down payment as well as a monthly payment. We were sweet-talked into test driving some vehicles that they claim we can afford. When we finally sat down and talked about numbers, they were saying that our payments has to be 150% more than what we originally discussed. 5 hours wasted because they were more concerned about wearing us down so we could just agree to whatever vehicle they wanted to sell us. The finance manager said he would call us, be did not. Also when I spoke to the sales person over the phone, she was not very understanding about me being upset over this situation. Instead she tells me that she wasn't going to be spoken to like a child. I don't agree with their costumer service and their business practices. You should find somewhere more reputable, respectful and professional.
