The Port of Houston recently went to a new safety shoe requirement, I went to this store near the port on my lunch break, and was the only patron there. I selected a couple of shoes guessing the size I'd need in men's. The clerk hissed "They Don't Come in Half Sizes"..not let's try a 7 or 8, or let's measure your foot...I stood there blankly waiting for a glance or follow up comment that never came..it was obvious this woman wasn't interested in making any sale,which is unfortunate. I think my place of work is possibly one of the largest in LaPortevery. Very poor customer care. I will not be back.
