I came to Mr B's Dry Cleaner's to have three sets of slacks hemmed. Not only were the pants not done by the time quoted by the owner, but also a mystery stain appeared on one of the three pairs which was brand new. I removed the tags prior to bringing them in. I carried the items out to my car and when I hung them on the hangar in the car I noticed the stain. I then brought the pair into to see what might have caused it, I explained that the paints were new and the stains were not present prior. The owner then began yelling telling me that I was a difficult customer and that she did nothing wrong, they were brought in like that to her. I explained that the tags were removed prior and that they were new. The owner continued yelling and being difficult and told me to get out of her store or she would call the cops. The entire time I asked her why she was yelling at a customer and that I just wanted to know what may have happened.



The unfortunate thing is that I would have gladly paid to have the slacks cleaned for the benefit of the doubt although the "OWNER" none-the-less was uncorporative and irrational. I would not recommend anyone use this particular cleaners, I for one choose to drive a few extra miles just to avoid these sort of businesses.
