Provided by YP.comI called on a Monday afternoon. Bob, the owner setup a time the next day on Tuesday between 1 and 3 pm for someone to come fix my garage door opener. The next morning he called me at 8:30am and left a message that the repairman couldn't make it because his son was ill - could we reschedule for Wednesday. I was in a meeting and I didn't respond right away. Bob then texted me at 9:30am and when I didn't respond, he called me two more times before I had a chance to answer and talk to him. I told him I was going to be out of town the rest of the week and couldn't meet his repairman on Wednesday. He said I'll call you right back. 10 minutes later he had arranged for another repairman to be there at the originally scheduled time of Tuesday between 1 and 3. DM called me and gave me 20 minutes to meet him at my home. Finished in 45 minutes - $100. Very happy. Prompt service. Great job.
