I recently bought a 20 lb bag of Diamond Naturals dog food and when I wanted to return it I was rudely told by an older woman that refunding the dog food wasn't allowed because of the FDA. She stated the FDA would not allow them to take the dog food back just like people food cant ge returned, which is a lie. The bag was unopened, I wanted to return it because it was overpriced by $10. Another lady told me they had a sign that states no refunds on dog food, it was hidden under 2 other signs. I wont go back because they are overpriced and rude.
