I have used this location 4 different times over the past 6 years. Always first class. My units always insect free. Cool, facility in general always clean. All the different employees have been kind and professional. Have and will continue to refer family and friends. I love this extra space storage location.

THIS FACILITY DESERVES NO STAR...

THIS FACILITY DESERVES NO STARS. WE PUT OUR FURNITURE IN STORAGE WHILE WE MOVED. WHEN WE RETURNED 2 MONTHS LATER TO GET OUR STUFF, THE UNIT WAS INFESTED WITH BROWN RECLUSE SPIDERS. WHILE THE LEASE STATES THAT EXTRA SPACE TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INSECTS, THEY KNEW THERE WAS A PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY PUT OUT BAIT NEAR UNITS. HOWEVER, THEY DID NOT CALL OR ALERT ANY OF THE OWNERS OF THE PROBLEM. NOW WE TAKE A CHANCE ON GETTING BIT IF BY POISONOUS SPIDERS IF WE WANT OUR FURNITURE.
