I am a Front Desk Sales & Service Representative in a Hotel, located in Seabrook, Tx. This bussiness is extremely UNRELIABLE and I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.

I found this cab number on google and called at 7:30 AM for a guest to be picked up at 9:15 to be driven to an important meeting 10 minutes down the road.

First of all, the lady who answered the phone just said "hello?". She did not specify that it is a cab service, did not say their name, I had to ask who did I reach.

Second, communicating with this lady was the same as speaking to a teenager: "uhmm, yeah's" - extremely unprofessional.

But when WORST COMES TO WORST, she did NOT SHOW UP at 9:15. Whenever I started calling her, she ignored my calls, until I called from my personal cell (different number). She started making excuses that she had to drop off her kids to school and get them registered. Lady, you are running a business over there. If you knew that you cannot make it- do not tell the customer that you will!

Eventually I asked her so how soon can she be here since all the other cab companies cannot come here sooner than 45 minutes from now, since I gave them such a short notice; she answered that she does not know yet and she is gonna call me back when she knows!!! Really frustrated.. One of our employees had to drive the guest to his meeting so he would not be late.

DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS WOMAN. THIS IS NOT A BUSINESS- IT IS A JOKE.

I have been familiar with Cadillac Cab Co for

years and know that they treat their customers

with utmost respect and are highly safety

conscious. After reading the hateful review-

the first one- and I wish I had known it was on

there-I had to respond. I think this hateful review must have come from a competitor!

I personally the lady who was insulted in this

way. She is the one of the sweetest ,.kindest people you will ever meet who truly cares for

the welfare of her customers. She has a great

knowledge of this area and is a good driver.!

She has also always had a current drivers

license and has made sure her insurance is

up to date.

Weird woman charges double the amount.cant even think of giving her single star rating just giving one for sake of it.DO NOT CALL THIS CAB SERVICE WHATSOEVER !!!

Do Not put your life in the hands of this woman! She took us to Bush Airport one time and drove 20 miles and hour the entire way up there. Cars and 18 wheelers swerved around us the whole way to avoid running us over! She never seemed to even notice and I doubt she could see out of the coke bottle glasses she was wearing. We found out later that not only did she not have a drivers license (cannot pass the vision test) that she carries no insurance, the tags are expired, and the heap cannot pass inspection. In addition, the thing doesn't have air conditioning and the interior reeks of body odor and vomit! How this woman can possibly still get away with driving is beyond us. My kids were so frightened by the experience they begged to get out of the car! Also, she asked for $150! for the trip! A regular metered cab will run you about $90 one way to there from La Porte!
