PLace is a decent size but every time I go in, 1 guy is taking up all the washers and dryers. Saturday, Sunday, Morning, evening, Weekdays, doesnt matter. Why are they letting this guy run a laundry service off their machines? If it's a service they offer, wtf cant I get in??

I go up to a machine to wait my turn and I get waived off. "No, I need!". A few minutes later, people he addresses by name show up with a van full of laundry and start loading up as hes changing. And the two workers there just ignore him. Im a paying customer too, I've been going for 10 years and now suddenly one guy is barring anyone (Except his relatives) from using the place? What the actual hell??

I have gone to Suds On State for over 6 years now, but because of harassment by one of their employees today (10/20/10), I will not be returning. I know my business is a small amount of their profits, and I wish them well, provided they do something about this person.
