My experience with Heavens Garden is that they are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of gardening, and horitculture. They offer a 1 year guarantee on all their trees, and shrubs, with a full replacement option with a receipt. There is also an option to receive store credit if that is preferred. It is not uncommon to have employee's loading your vehicle for you, and I found that to be a pleasing continuation of customer service. There was a relaxed atmosphere about my shopping experience met with smiles, and an eagerness to be of service to me on a personal level. I would recommend a visit any day of the week . Giving back to the community was witnessed, as a group of very young students were taken on a tour where they werre able to get involved in a hands on fashion.

I called and spoke with Jerry the manager and asked about purchasing 2 trees that were 15 feet tall. I also informed him that I would need them planted. He acted surprised and sarcastically said to me something to the affect "well you can expect the price to go up 3x!" I answered that was ok. Then I asked him if he could send me an e-mail so I could show my Fiancé the estimate. He then said, "We are a farm... What do you expect me to email you the trees too!?" I replied back I was just collecting estimates to show the future Mrs. so we could decide who to go with. He then said "well we don't do email!" I guess this is one LESS Nursery we have to choose from! I can't believe the attitude I was presented with from this Jerry fella and to top it off the declared he was the manager!! I can only imagine the service he provides. You NEED to work on people skills Jerry!
