So not what I expected. This gym is small, intimate, simple and friendly. All women, all ages. It's kind of like a dance party with friends. Simplest exercises in the world. Actual toning and weight loss. Who knew? FUN. With a nonjudgmental woman always on scene who will help immediately, if needed: you're in, you're out. You're done. Did I say FUN?
