He will rob you blind. Not a reputable service provider in my opinion. Have heard similar stories from others. Doesn't charge the same rate for the same repairs. Example: Friend had a part replaced and then a year later it needed to be replaced again. Arden tried to charge him double. After seeing the receipt from the year before, he altered the new bill to match the old one.
