On 3/2/'23 you sent one of your people (Brian) to my home with a new router. He had to trace out and fix a cut wire we didn't know about. After that he spent almost an hour with a service rep on the phone. We had to set up the eero system that you guys sent me about a year ago. I didn't know it wasn't running right. No one knew how to set it up, so we fought with it for what seemed like forever. Finally, I think we got it. I'm sorry it held Brian up so long, along with the service guy. But I want to give a big THANK YOU to both of them for going out of there way. Good work. R.R.B.
